Directions    4150 Portillo Rd, Spring Hill, Florida, rated in the top 50 best places to live in America, is 40 miles north of Tampa International Airport, between the new Suncoast Parkway, (Veterans 589 Expressway), and US 19, south of State Rd 50. Just East of Weeki Wachee, Home of the Mermaids, a beautiful natural freshwater spring, and a few miles from the Gulf of Mexico.

From the south, take the Suncoast Parkway or US 19 to Spring Hill Drive. Go west from the Suncoast Parkway to Mariner; east off of 19 to Mariner; then north on Mariner Blvd. You can turn left on Portillo Road, the Apartments will be on your right hand side.
From the North, take US Rte. 19 to Northcliffe Blvd., (one light south of Route 50).  Turn east on Northcliffe, go through two traffic lights, then right on Portillo (across from the big white Church), Apartments will be a little more than 1/4 mile on your left hand side.
