Copies of my drivers license or picture ID card, and Social Security card must be provided during the application process.  We will contact you and provide instructions on how you can show or submit these identification cards to us.  

By completing and submitting this application I attest that the information provided it is true and correct and I give permission to anyone Port Apartments needs to contact to confirm this information, to release my credit or personal information to Port Apartments Management or their authorized agents at any time, for the purpose of qualifying me to lease or extend a lease for an apartment.  This includes any information about me, including but not limited to, obtaining criminal records, contacting present or former landlords, employers and personal references. Any false information I provide on this Application will constitute grounds for rejection of the application, or Management may at any time terminate any Agreement entered into in reliance upon misinformation given on this application.

Note:  No pets are allowed at any time on the premises without prior Management consent and payment of fees.  No exceptions.
